Loneliness, Isolation and an Answered Prayer
This week I’m sharing a story that I wrote for Faith Storytellers.
After graduating college, I moved 4 times within 6 years. Just about the time I solidified friendships in one city, I was moving to the next one. God used that time to teach me many lessons about friendship, connection, and community.
The story I’m sharing at Faith Storytellers is one of those lessons. It’s a story of God’s goodness and proof that He knows the desires of our hearts. He answered my prayer for deep friendship and connection in a way that only God could.
During this pandemic, many of you may also feel an ache of loneliness similar to what I experienced. Take heart that you are not forgotten. Our God is a big God who intimately knows, sees, and loves us.
